WEBSITES FOR
PEST CONTROL
Nobody searches for pest control. They search for the specific thing they just found in the kitchen.
Pest control has an unusually clean search pattern: people type the pest, not the service. Termites, bed bugs, roaches, mice, wasps, ants, and mosquitoes are each a separate query with a separate emotional temperature and a wildly different price point attached.
A single services page listing every pest you treat is the standard approach in this trade, and it is why so many pest control sites rank for nothing. One page cannot win a dozen distinct searches.
ONE PAGE PER PEST, WITHOUT APOLOGY
Each major pest gets its own page covering identification, why it is happening, what treatment involves, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes. A homeowner who just found termite damage wants termite information, not a list of fourteen services. This is the most reliable ranking win available in the trade.
SOME CALLS ARE URGENT, MOST ARE NOT
Bed bugs and wasp nests are now problems. Termite inspection and quarterly prevention are considered purchases. The site needs a fast path for panic and a patient path for planning, because forcing both through the same funnel loses one of them.
RECURRING PLANS ARE THE BUSINESS
Quarterly and annual protection plans are the revenue that makes a pest control company worth owning, and they are usually buried. Give them a real page: what is covered, what it costs, how often you come out, and what the guarantee actually promises when something comes back.
