WEBSITES
FOR HVAC
HVAC demand arrives in two violent spikes a year. The website decides how much of each one you capture.
The first genuinely hot day in Knoxville and the first hard freeze produce more search volume for heating and air than the surrounding weeks combined. Everybody in the trade knows the phones go insane. Fewer notice that the website is either converting that surge or quietly leaking it to the competitor whose site loads faster.
The other half of the HVAC business is the part that does not spike: maintenance agreements, the recurring revenue that carries the slow months. Almost no heating and air site in this region sells those properly, which makes it one of the easiest wins available.
BUILT TO ABSORB THE SPIKE
Static pages deployed to edge hosting do not care whether ten people or ten thousand arrive at once, because there is no database to fall over. That matters on the day it gets hot. Add a request form that routes straight to dispatch and a clearly visible emergency number and the surge becomes booked jobs instead of voicemail.
SELL THE MAINTENANCE PLAN LIKE IT MATTERS
A maintenance agreement is the most valuable thing on an HVAC site and usually the worst presented. It gets its own page: what is included, how often, what it costs, why it extends equipment life, and a signup that works without a phone call. Recurring revenue deserves better than a bullet point on a services list.
FINANCING, REBATES, AND THE PRICE CONVERSATION
A system replacement is a five-figure decision made by somebody who has not planned for it. Pages explaining financing options, available rebates, and what actually drives the cost do more to book the estimate than any amount of adjective. Answer the money question honestly and the call you get is from somebody ready to buy.
